Through your portal, you can access and monitor the following at any time:

• Rent collection and payment processing
• Vendor bill payments for maintenance work completed at your property
• Monthly payment disbursements requested by owners
• Your owner statement along with direct deposit via ACH transfer to your bank account

Once a year, you will also receive a complete set of annual financial documents to support your tax preparation and long-term investment planning:

• Tax statements and 1099s
• Annual summary owner statement
