Next Step Property Management is a full-service property management company proudly serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We specialize in single-family, multi-family, and HOA/condo property management, and we were built on a straightforward belief: owners deserve better than the industry standard of taking on any client, hoping for the best, and letting good partnerships suffer as a result.
Our Story
Our foundation is rooted in more than two decades of firsthand experience in the housing industry. Broker/Owner Cassie Webb began her property management career in 2003, earned her real estate license in 2006, and has spent over 20 years managing a diverse portfolio of residential and association properties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her personal experience buying, selling, and investing in real estate since 2009 gives her a perspective that goes beyond management. She understands what is at stake for property owners because she has been one herself.
Next Step Property Management was established to challenge an all-too-common pattern in the property management industry, where companies accept any owner who comes through the door, misaligned partnerships create ongoing problems, and the clients who deserve consistent attention are the ones who get neglected. We exist to change that.

Our mission is to protect your investment through proactive care, honest communication, and professional guidance you can trust.
We do not wait for things to go wrong. We act on routine decisions with confidence rather than waiting for permission, and we communicate clearly at every stage of the process. If we ever determine that we are not the right fit for a prospective owner, we say so directly rather than entering an agreement that will not serve either party well.
What Sets Us Apart
Our onboarding process is what truly distinguishes us as a property management company. While most firms in the industry accept clients with little vetting, we guide every prospective owner through a structured 4-stage process before any proposal is presented. At the heart of this process is a genuine Alignment Call, a mutual interview designed to ensure the partnership is the right fit from the start. We ask the hard questions, and we invite owners to do the same. This upfront investment of time and transparency is what makes our long-term client relationships work.

Broker/Owner, Next Step Property Management
Cassie grew up in south Mississippi with a passion for real estate and a love for the MS Gulf Coast. She started her career in property management in 2003 and earned her real estate license in 2006, giving her more than 20 years of experience across multi-family, single-family, and HOA/condo association management. Cassie takes a needs-based, consultative approach to help clients reach their real estate goals. She and her husband are proud parents of 8 children ranging from elementary school to adults. Active members of their community, they love connecting with other small business owners and helping local businesses grow. Cassie has also bought, sold, and personally invested in real estate since 2009, and is always looking to learn and grow so she can add value to her family, clients, and community.
